What Drives Me: The Principles Behind Every Decision I Make

“What drives you?” It’s a good question, especially when chasing success can easily become a game of comparisons. For me, the answer is simple: purpose

I didn’t have an easy start to life. Like many others, I’ve had to figure things out one step at a time. From trial and error to wins and setbacks, I’ve learned that true growth comes from aligning your actions with your values.

That’s why, today, every decision I make, whether in business, leadership, or life, is shaped by a set of principles that keep me focused.

Empowerment over Entitlement

I’ve always believed that people need tools, support, and belief. At BE Club, we’re not in the business of creating followers; we’re here to raise leaders. That means making sure people feel empowered, not just included.

Whether someone is just getting started or leading a global team, I want them to know: this journey belongs to you.

You don’t need to be perfect, you just need to get started. That mindset is how I lead and how I expect others in our organization to lead too.

Education is Everything

I’ve seen how fast hype can fade. Only companies with genuine opportunities survive.

I’ve also seen how far education can take someone when everything else falls away.

That’s why we built BE Club as a holistic platform. Whether it’s mastering the markets, developing leadership, or learning how to build a brand… skills are the equalizer. And once you’ve got them, no one can take them away.

Education gives people independence. It gives them options. It gives them a voice.

I also embrace this personally, taking a beginner’s mindset and always being open to learning.

Innovation First, Always

From the start, we built BE Club to stand out, to innovate, challenge norms, and do things differently.

We’ve launched products that most people thought were “too early” or “too different.” That’s okay. We don’t follow trends, we look ahead.

Our platforms were created to solve real problems with forward-thinking solutions.

To me, innovation isn’t about shiny features. It’s about building for the future and adding real value, before everyone else gets there.

Culture Over Hype

It’s easy to create a moment. Much harder to create a movement.

Culture is everything. You can have the best tech, the best training, the best vision, but if your community doesn’t feel something real, it won’t last.

That’s why we’ve worked so hard to build a culture of recognition, of humility, and of consistency. I want people to come to our events and feel that they’re part of something bigger. Not a sales pitch, but a shared purpose.

Faith and Family Keep Me Grounded

My faith has always been my anchor. It reminds me that everything I’ve been given is temporary, and that it must be used to uplift others. It’s not about the money or the spotlight; it’s about impact.

My family, especially my brothers, have been with me from day one. We’ve built together, struggled together, and celebrated every win side by side. They remind me why I started, and they hold me accountable to who I said I wanted to become.

Without faith and family, success loses its meaning.

Legacy Over Ego

Here’s the truth: ego is loud, but legacy is quiet. Ego wants the stage; legacy wants results. It’s easy to get lost in ego, and it requires real discipline to fuel legacy.

I’m not building BE Club or my personal brand for likes or praise. I’m building something that will still matter many years from now, something that helps people live differently, think bigger, and believe more deeply in themselves.

Legacy shows up in the people you helped, the knowledge you passed on, the confidence you sparked. That’s the goal.

Why This Matters

Maybe you’re on a similar path: building something, finding your voice, or chasing a dream. My message is simple: live your values. They’re your compass when things get hard, when you face doubt, or when the path gets unclear.

Every principle I’ve shared here isn’t just what guides me. It’s what protects me from distraction and short-term thinking. It’s what keeps me moving forwards.

I’m proud of how far we’ve come, but I’m more excited about what’s ahead. Because if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that the journey is never really about what you get, it’s about who you become along the way.

And I’m still becoming.
